Intriguing. The two reflections almost appear to be vapor escaping.
What kind of vehicle uses that type of fuel? Jets, planes and race cars come to mind, but all in a row does not seem practical for any of them.
Haha, I believe this is where the tankers come in and unload to fill up the stations tanks. Thats interesting looking at the sun flare as vapor, always a creative thinker you are (That totally sounded like Yoda wow haha).
